The long circular Juliana Trail is one of the most popular hiking trails in Slovenia. Along its 330 kilometres it offers an exciting experience of discovering the landscape and life under the towering mountains of the Julian Alps and on the edges of the Triglav National Park. Despite having to conquer 7,163 metres in altitude, a good portion of the trail is straight. The trail is divided into 20 stages, each 5 to 22 km long and with various degrees of difficulty. Each stage ends in locations where you can stay overnight and gather the strength to continue.

Along the way you will encounter numerous interesting places, natural attractions and the cultural heritage and life of the local population. You will walk through nine alpine destinations – Kranjska Gora, Jesenice, Žirovnica, Radovljica, Bled, Gorje, Bohinj, Soča Valley and Brda.
A free mobile application and an e-guide will help you on the way.
