The provider undertakes to ensure that the buyer is always supplied with the following information:
By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to the terms of business and use.
If you require any information or assistance regarding the online offer, placing orders, online delivery, website use or product returns, you can contact us at: .
A sales contract between the provider and the buyer is deemed concluded once the provider confirms the order and the buyer receives an email notification. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply equally to both parties. By confirming the purchase, the buyer accepts the general terms and conditions.
The contract concluded between the provider and the user is permanently stored at the registered office of Javni zavod Turizem Bled, Ljubljanska cesta 27, 4260 Bled, or on a suitably protected remote server. The user may obtain a copy by requesting it via email at . A copy of the contract (order) is sent to the buyer’s email address after the order has been placed.
Prices of products/services are stated in euros (€) and apply on the day of the order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Once the buyer confirms the order in the online shop, the prices published at the time of the order apply. Prices are clearly marked and apply equally to all customers.
The online shop allows payment by pro forma invoice (bank transfer) and by credit card. The buyer receives an invoice with a breakdown of charges included in the shipment. Payment is possible only as a single full-amount transaction.
When paying by pro forma invoice, the buyer receives the pro forma invoice by email within three days of placing the order.
If the reservation system requires a credit card, the buyer must enter the credit card type, number, expiry date and cardholder details into the reservation system. The credit card is charged only in the event of cancellation costs arising from the traveller’s cancellation or in cases where the traveller fails to arrive at the accommodation on the agreed date (a “no-show”). Credit card details are not visible to the LTO/Agency or to the accommodation provider and are accessed only in the situations mentioned above. The accommodation provider or LTO/Agency requests this information from the CRS operator when required.
If no special cancellation terms have been agreed, the following applies:
For cancellations made by the buyer up to 14 days before the intended arrival, no cancellation fees are charged.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the intended arrival, cancellation fees in the amount of the full price apply.
The same rules apply if the guest does not arrive (“no-show”) without cancelling. An exception applies to cancellations or “no-shows” due to force majeure.
Guests must notify cancellations or changes to their reservation by email to the address stated on the reservation confirmation or by telephone. The credit card provided as a guarantee is charged for the amount of the applicable cancellation fee. The service provider receives the cancellation fee minus commission.
Before submitting the order, the buyer is shown a preview of the order, enabling verification of the information entered. In the event of any errors, the buyer may correct them in the shopping basket. Should the buyer decide not to submit the order, they may close the page or leave the ordering process, thereby cancelling submission and confirmation.
The provider may contact the user by means of distance communication unless the user expressly objects. Promotional emails will contain the following elements:
All data provided by the buyer is strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act. Under no circumstances will the data be disclosed to unauthorised persons.
Users themselves are also responsible for the protection of their personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider will make every effort to establish an effective complaints-handling system and designate a contact person whom the buyer may reach by telephone or email in case of difficulties.
Users may submit complaints to the provider’s email address. The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer of the expected time required for resolution, and keep the buyer updated throughout the process. The complaints procedure is confidential.
The provider is aware that consumer disputes—particularly when handled in court—often involve disproportionate costs compared to the value of the claim. Therefore, the provider seeks to resolve any disputes amicably wherever possible.
The provider upholds high internal standards in handling orders, returns and customer complaints, and endeavours to follow current consumer expectations and legal requirements to the greatest extent possible. In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act, the provider declares that it is not a signatory to any code of conduct for online traders.
