A jar of “chokebeet”

Fruits and berries in Bled and its surroundings are usually used to make marmalades, brandies, juices and other home-made products.  The grandfather at the Pr'Obvaku used to say: »Dej mi en gvaž'k« (Give me a glass). Today, Radmila Lapuh stores home-made marmalades in glasses (jars), one of which is also the unique combination of chokeberry and beetroot. Both ingredients come from the farm’s orchard and field respectively.
