The Garden of tastes, which stretches over Bled, is a treasure trove of naturally grown herbs and fruits that always find their way into a variety of products.

This is how organically produced blackcurrant found its way to a delicious syrup, which Mateja Reš produces in the traditional way - in a juicer, as our grandmothers and mothers used to cook it.

This blackcurrant syrup is characterised by the right ratio between sweetness and acidity. Enjoy it diluted or add it to ice cream or yoghurt.
