Unique flour from dried Tepka pears that grow in Zasip.

The village of Zasip is known for its pear trees, which were diligently used for various purposes. Dry Tepka pears are also called “prge”, which is why Zasip got the name “Prgarija”.

The ingenuity of housewives knows no bounds, and so they were able to obtain various foods from these dried pears. Among them is dried-pear flour, which was obtained by grinding the pears.

Dried-pear flour is also the base on which other excellent delicacies from Prgarija are made. The Tepka pears are grown, harvested and dried in an organic way.
