Rules of the Prize Draw “Fairytale Park Bled”

1. Article

Organiser of the Prize Draw and Sponsor of the Prizes

1.1. The organiser of the prize draw is Bled Tourist Board, Ljubljanska cesta 27, 4260 Bled (hereinafter: the organiser).

1.2. The sponsor and provider of the prizes is Grajska plaža d.o.o., Grajska cesta 2, 4260 Bled (hereinafter: the sponsor).

 

2. Article

Purpose of the Prize Draw

2.1. The purpose of the prize draw is to promote Fairytale Park Bled.

 

3. Article

Publication and Duration of the Prize Draw

3.1. The prize draw is announced within Fairytale Park Bled.

3.2. The prize draw runs from 29 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.

 

4. Article

Conditions of Participation

4.1. The prize draw is open to all who visit Fairytale Park Bled between 29 November 2025 and 4 January 2026, complete the entry form, and who also meet the following conditions:

• They are at least 18 years old (participants under 18 may take part only with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian and must provide written consent at any time upon request of the organiser).
• They accept these terms and conditions of the prize draw.

4.2. Employees of Bled Tourist Board, employees of Grajska plaža d.o.o., and their immediate family members (spouses or partners living in a union legally equivalent to marriage, children or adoptees, grandchildren, siblings, and parents or adoptive parents) as well as all persons involved in the organisation of the prize draw may not participate. Should any such person be drawn, the draw shall automatically be repeated.

4.3. The prize draw is intended for natural persons only; legal entities and sole traders may not participate. Each participant may enter only once and may receive only one prize. If a participant is drawn more than once, they shall receive the prize for which they were first drawn.

4.4. By participating in the prize draw, the participant is deemed to accept these rules.

4.5. In the event of incomplete, incorrect, or false information (email address or other required data), the organiser reserves the right to refuse or exclude the participant.

4.6. A participant loses the right to the prize if the organiser determines that:

• the participant does not meet the participation conditions;
• the participant has violated the rules;
• the participant does not fulfil obligations under these rules.

4.7. If a participant loses the right to the prize, the organiser shall conduct a new draw for that prize.

 

5. Article

How to Enter the Prize Draw

5.1. To enter the prize draw, a visitor must enter Fairytale Park Bled between 29 November 2025 and 4 January 2026 and correctly complete the entry form.

5.2. The information provided must be accurate, truthful, and complete; otherwise, the prize may not be awarded.

 

6. Article

Draw and Announcement of Winners

6.1. The organiser will draw three (3) winners from all participants. The draw will take place on 5 January 2026 and will be carried out by a three-member committee composed of representatives of the organiser. The result is final and will be published on the organiser’s website no later than three working days after the draw. Appeals are not possible.

6.2. The draw will include all participants who correctly completed the entry form and placed it in the designated box within Fairytale Park Bled. Minutes of the draw will be recorded.

6.3. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided upon entry.

6.4. By entering the prize draw, participants agree that their name may be published on the organiser's website in the event of winning.

6.5. The list of winners will be published on the organiser’s website within three working days of the draw.

6.6. If a winner does not provide the necessary personal data within the deadline set by the organiser or refuses to accept the prize, it is considered that the winner does not wish to accept the prize, and the organiser is released from all obligations and may use the prize for another purpose.

 

7. Article

Prizes

7.1. Among all participants, the organiser will draw three (3) winners who will receive the following prizes:

Prize 1: Electric scooter UrbanGlide E-Cross Pro 2

Prize 2: PlayStation PS5 Digital E Chassis + FC26 VCH

Prize 3: Electric remote-controlled car for children

7.2. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted with another prize, or transferred to third parties.

 

8. Article

Prize Collection

8.1. The winner is entitled to receive the prize if the organiser has notified them within the agreed deadline.

8.2. Prizes are subject to taxation under the Personal Income Tax Act. The winner is liable for income tax in accordance with the law. The sponsor shall calculate and withhold the tax prepayment.

8.3. To collect the prize, the winner must provide the following personal details upon written or telephone request: name and surname, permanent address, place of residence, tax number and tax office. For the purpose of arranging prize collection, the winner must also provide a contact phone number. To ensure transparency and promotional purposes, the act of prize collection may be photographed.

8.4. If the winner does not provide the required data within seven days from the date of the request, they lose the right to the prize without any compensation.

8.5. The organiser will notify the winner via email or telephone about how to collect the prize. Prizes may be collected in person at the sponsor’s premises, Veslaška promenada 11, 4260 Bled. The organiser may send the prize to the address provided by the winner; shipping costs are borne by the winner. If the winner does not collect the prize within thirty days of the public announcement, they lose the right to the prize without compensation.

8.6. Participants under 18 must submit written consent from a parent or legal guardian together with the data listed in point 8.3, no later than on prize collection.

 

9. Article

Binding Nature of the Rules

9.1. These rules are binding for the organiser, the sponsor, all persons involved in the prize draw, and all participants, who acknowledge and commit to respecting them by entering.

9.2. The rules and terms of the prize draw are available for inspection at Fairytale Park Bled and on the organiser’s website throughout the duration of the prize draw.

9.3. Interpretation of the rules is the responsibility of the committee members and the legal representative of the organiser. In the event of a serious breach, the committee and legal representative may jointly annul the prize draw entirely and repeat it with appropriate amendments.

 

10. Article

Amendments to the Rules

10.1. The organiser reserves the right to amend the conditions of the prize draw at any time if required for substantive, commercial, or technical reasons.

 

11. Article

Withdrawal from the Prize Draw

11.1. Participants may withdraw from the prize draw at any stage by sending a request to: . Once withdrawn, participation cannot be reinstated.

 

12. Article

Other Provisions

12.1. If the winner is under 18, the prize must be collected on their behalf by a person over 18 who is legally entitled to represent the minor.

12.2. The organiser and sponsor accept no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the prize.

 

13. Article

Personal Data Protection

13.1. The organiser, as the controller of personal data, respects the privacy of participants and commits to handling and protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the organiser’s internal rules.

13.2. Without explicit consent, the organiser will not disclose personal data to third parties (except the sponsor) or use them for purposes other than the successful execution of the prize draw.

13.3. The organiser is not responsible for data protection on external websites linked from its own or for errors resulting from false or incorrect data provided by participants.

13.4. The controller of personal data is Bled Tourist Board, Ljubljanska cesta 27, SI-4260 Bled. The Board will process personal data for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw (for the identification of the winner, the execution of the draw, the notification of winners, the organisation of prize collection, and for reporting to the tax authorities in accordance with the applicable tax legislation of the Republic of Slovenia), on the basis of point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The Board will store and protect personal data in accordance with the retention periods defined in its classification plan and in a manner that ensures no unauthorised disclosure of data to persons who are not entitled to access them. The Board will enable the processing or disclosure of personal data exclusively to authorised users who have the right to access such data. The Board does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, in the processing of personal data under this application. Providing personal data is not a legal obligation; however, without the provision of such data, participation in the prize draw is not possible. Personal data are NOT transferred to third countries or international organisations. Individuals have the right to access, supplement, correct and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner and seek judicial protection of rights. 14. Article

Dispute Resolution

14.1. Any disputes arising from the prize draw shall be resolved by the competent court in Kranj.

 

15. Article

Validity

15.1. These rules come into effect on 28 November 2025 and remain valid until revoked.
