Bled Winter Fairytale

The magical view of Bled becomes even more romantic in December, wrapped in thousands of tiny holiday lights. The festive events of Bled's Winter Fairy Tale are annually inaugurated with the lighting of holiday lights on the Lakeside Promenade.

The diverse program will take place in Bled from the beginning of December until the beginning of January next year. On weekends, visitors will be delighted by a varied musical program, while Sunday mornings will be dedicated to families. Children will have the opportunity to write and send letters to good men.

Holiday stalls will be set up on the Lakeside Promenade, offering typical dishes from the Gorenjska Region and warm drinks, and local craftsmen and creators will prepare original festive gifts for the upcoming holidays.

One of the most beautiful events in Bled, the reenactment of the Legend of the Sunken Bell, will traditionally take place on Christmas Day, December 25th.
