The old town of Radovljica, merely 7km from Bled, seems steeped in ancient time. Medieval houses line its pedestrianised core, and the main square is proudly overlooked by the magnificent Radovljica Mansion, which boasts an opulent 18th century façade.

The mansion houses the remarkable apicultural museum, showcasing the rich tradition of beekeeping in Slovenia, and plays host to numerous temporary exhibitions and concerts. Its grand double staircase lends the palace an air of sophistication, while the jewel in its crown is the high-ceilinged light and airy Baroque Hall, which makes a unique setting for receptions and gala dinners. The hall can accommodate up to 120 guests at round tables and can be joined to the adjacent frescoed Dance Hall to seat an additional 80. With two of the most famous traditional Slovenian inns just a stone’s throw away, excellent catering services are always on hand. The glass-covered atrium, foyer and outdoor terrace are also suitable for receptions, which may be enriched with elements from the local heritage.

The Baroque Hall (145m2) is located on the first floor of the mansion. It is extremely bright and spacious, and offers breath-taking views of the Karavanke Range. The lighting is rich and can be tailored to your wishes. The hall has a square ground plan and a high ceiling. On the eastern side, a small room adjacent to the hall may be used for catering purposes, or as a storage or dressing room or a room for performers. The Ballroom is on the opposite western side.

The Ballroom (125m2) with its restored late-Baroque decorative ceiling paintings creates an exquisitely solemn ambience. This rectangular hall has lower ceilings. It is linked to the Baroque Hall on one side and to a passage on the other, which can be used as a room for performers.

The Atrium (95m2) on the ground floor has glass roofing. It is linked to the spacious entrance hall and the shady terrace and is ideal for receptions as well as small concerts, literary evenings and the like.

The Terrace is enclosed by the mansion on three sides, while views of the Radovljica Plain stretch out in front of you from the fourth. It is linked to the atrium and the courtyard in front of the Church of St Peter. It is convenient for receptions as well as small performances, concerts and similar.
