Finding the right Villa

Swedish businessman and millionaire Stygg Rikmann decided to buy his 25 years younger girlfriend (a top model) a nice villa in Bled. This will be his wedding present to her.

How it works

Since he does not know anything about villas and real estate business, he hired you – a team of professional real estate agents to help Stygg with the decision. There are lots of great villas in Bled.

You will get the profile of his fiancé to help you with the analysis and the final decision. Your task will be to document and study the villas and to prepare a presentation to Stygg. During the villa documenting, there will be some demanding team exercises waiting for you, but you will still have time to enjoy the beautiful lake and the surrounding scenery.

Learning outcomes

Finding the right villa is fun and enjoyable program that ties the bonds among the participants and at the same time enables to enjoy the beauties of Bled. The program also includes some interesting information about Bled and its history and Slovene tradition in general, which adds to the program a touristic note.
