Cinema picnic: Superman: Legacy

You are kindly invited to open-air cinema by Lake Bled (at Grandstand in Velika Zaka).

Superman: A fresh take on a legendary story that blends the classic hero’s journey with contemporary themes, while preserving the optimism and strength that are synonymous with Superman.

The film follows a young Superman as he struggles to balance his Kryptonian heritage with life on Earth. While striving to uphold the values of truth, justice, and a brighter future, he is confronted by a world that often sees kindness as outdated. Through spectacular set pieces, the film explores what it truly means to be a hero who stands for good, even as the world evolves.

At the same time, Superman’s legacy is deeply inspired by the works of legendary comic book writers Grant Morrison and Mark Waid, promising a faithful return to the essence of this iconic character.

Tickets: The price is 8 EUR. Tickets can be purchased from 20:00 onwards at the location of Picnic Cinema, at Camping Bled's reception, Tourist Information Centre (TIC) Bled (Cesta svobode 10), at the website of Kino Bežigrad or at the ticket office of Kino Bežigrad in Ljubljana (address: Linhartova cesta 11). 

All films will be screened in English with Slovene subtitles. Film screening will be cancelled in case of rain.
