A 3-hour event, the Chef’s Table is an ultimate culinary experience encouraging a team to head into the kitchen with their colleagues, partake in an interactive cooking demonstration filled with fun cooking tips and tricks, and afterward bond over a seated meal in the heart of the Grand Hotel Toplice kitchen.
The experience is carried out by chef Simon Bertoncelj who is overseeing the creation of gourmet dishes in the Grand Hotel Toplice's a la carte Julijana Restaurant, that won the prestigious Michelin Plate 2020 for fresh ingredients and good cooking, and 3 Gault&Millau chef's hats.
