“Tepka” pear brandy with added locally harvested spruce tips.
The “tepka” pears growing in the sunlit orchard of the “Tersegvav” farm are used to produce excellent “tepka” pear brandy. The base brandy is then enriched using various flavours found in the surroundings of their farm. One of them is the flavour of spruce tips which are manually harvested in nearby forests. Incidentally, spruce tips are a well-known staple in traditional medicine, always welcome in the event of a cold or cough.
