Grape syrup

Did you know that vineyards used to grow in the vicinity of Bled in the past? Nowadays, grapevine only grows next to individual houses and at Bled Castle. Grapes growing on these vines, however, can be used to make delicious products. Jurka grapes growing in Katja’s gardens, which are extending over sunny terraces between Bled and Radovljica, are used to create a delicious and refreshing syrup. The syrup is made using grapes and some sugar – all there’s left to do is add water and enjoy the pleasant taste!
