Raspberry brandy

The “Pr Knapč” farm has been making delicious brandies for generations. Even though the current generation is faithfully following the traditional method, they are adding modern flavours to their homemade brandies. For several years, they have been making brandy from carefully harvested homegrown fruit such as prunes, pears and plums; now, they have added another feather to their cap with the delicious raspberry brandy, made from raspberries harvested on their farm and on other neighbouring farms, and distinguished by its extraordinary freshness, colour, and aroma.
