“Blejska hiša” is a synonym for homeliness, hospitality and rich culinary offer. One of their delicacies that are definitely worth a try is Metka, their single-serve dessert made from forest fruits. When creating this dessert, the “Blejska hiša” confectioners were inspired by the story of Hansel and Gretel (in Slovene: “Janko in Metka”). The forest fruits have been carefully harvested at the “Novak” farm, while other ingredients also come from neighbouring farms – eggs from the “Matijovc” farm, and yoghurt from the “Dolenc” farm.
