Chive pesto

In the Garden of tastes, in the immediate vicinity of Bled, you will find numerous herbs, spices and other plants that can be used to enhance the flavour of various dishes. Mateja Reš used chives, one of these delicious herbs, to create a mouth-watering pesto, using high-quality oil that best helps the herbs to retain their quality. The pesto is not intended to be cooked; instead, it is added to the dish in the end, immediately before serving. Chive pesto is excellent on bread, as well as an addition to different spreads and all salty and sour dishes.
