Prgarija, which is another name for the settlement of Zasip, is still home to “tepka” pears which were once an important part of the local cuisine. Today, they are gaining significance once more. The Tersegvav farm, among others, is also well aware that “tepka” pears can be used to prepare numerous tasty delicacies. One of their flagship products is the “tepka” pear brandy, aged in oak barrels, which can also be served as an excellent aperitif.
