Hot apple – hot chilli sauce

Chilli mania has been going on for quit some time and is not giving signs of slowing down. Warmth-loving chilli peppers also adapted to the alpine climate of Bled and thrive on the Garden of tastes too. They are used to create a unique hot chilli sauce. Due to its strength, the sauce is “diluted” with apples, and onions and garlic were added for a fuller structure, whereas flavour was sharpened with a bit of sugar, salt and vinegar. The chilli sauce is medium strong and goes well with dishes while being prepared or served at the table. All ingredients are organically produced at their farm.
