Raubarji is a four-member band from the Poljane and Moravče Valleys, known for performing in the Poljane dialect since 2014. Their music is deeply rooted in Slovenian folk traditions, but it also fuses elements of pop, rock, and well-loved Yugoslav hits—creating a vibrant and original sound that stands out on any stage.
Their unmistakable symbol? As they like to say themselves: “the coolest tractor of them all – Zetor.”
Over the past decade, Raubarji have released two albums, both celebrated with sold-out concerts at the Gorenja Vas Sports Hall and the iconic Škofja Loka Castle. Along the way, they’ve picked up numerous festival awards, including:
- The Audience Award and “Vandrovček” wooden statuette at the 15th Evening of Slovenian Tunes in Dialect for their song Ke se parjatli ukop naberema,
- Another Audience Award at the 16th edition for Čez polanske griče,
- And at the 29th Vurberk Festival, they received the Radio Stations' Choice Award for Best Song and the Bronze Vurberk Dragon.
Raubarji are:
- Rok Filej
- Miha Križnar
- Miha Gabršek
- Andrej Gabršek
With heartfelt lyrics, dialect charm, and infectious energy, Raubarji continue to win fans across Slovenia and beyond.
