30th Festival Bled

Every year in July, the Bled International Music Festival takes place in Bled. It is based on classical music, but is no stranger to all other genres of musical expression. Alongside a varied programme of concerts under the auspices of the Bled Culture Institute, masterclasses will be held, where experienced musicians from all over the world share their knowledge with young musicians. The programme of the festival has been developed throughout the years under the artistic direction of Mag. Jernej Brence.

Programme

July 1 at 19:00: Exhibition opening: Birostroj – Melita Vovk and Gorje Primary School, Bled Congress Centre 

          at 20:30: Opening of the jubilee 30th edition of Festival Bled: O Vrba – The Vintgar Quintet with guests, St. Martin's Church

July 2 at 20:30: Concert by Iztok Mlakar, accompaniment by David Šuligoj, Bled Congress Centre (Small Hall)

July 3 at 20:30: Arias from operas and operettas – under the leadership of Edita Garčević Koželj, piano accompaniment: Igor Vičentić, Grand Hotel Toplice, Lake Salon 

July 5 at 20:30: Piano improvisations – Jan Sever, Grand Hotel Toplice, Lake Salon 

July 7 at 20:30: Cherry Wine – Amy Winehouse Tribute Band, Bled Congress Centre (Small Hall)

July 8 at 11:00: Chamber music matinee, Bled Castle, Lapidarium

July 9 at 11:00: Chamber music matinee, Bled Castle, Lapidarium

           at 20:30: Young virtuosos – Master Class Concert, Grand Hotel Toplice

July 10 at 20:30: Swan Song – Cello Attacca!!, St. Martin's Church

July 11 at 20:30: Concert with a view – Balkan Boys, Grandstand in Velika Zaka

Masterclasses 2025

As every year we expect you at the beginning the masterclass of each profesor at 10:00 in the festival hall to finish your registration, afterwards follows the shedule plan by the profesor. The course costs include 5 individual lessons. Please use the application form >
