Bled Summer 2022: Bled Days

The Bled Days are the most traditional Bled event, which takes place on the fourth weekend in July with indispensable lights on the lake, arts and crafts fair and various concerts on the Bled promenade.
In 2022 we celebrate 50 years of candle lights on the lake and 60 years of Slovenian song festival.
Friday, July 22:
from 12:00 - Culinary offer and arts and crafts fair
18:00 - Concert by Gorje brass band on the surface of Lake Bled
20:00 - The Police Orchestra with Anika Horvat
Saturday, July 23:
from 10:00 - Culinary offer and arts and crafts fair
20:00 - Big Band Bled with Alenka Godec and Oto Pestner
Sunday, July 24:
from 10:00 - Culinary offer and arts and crafts fair
20:00 - Primož Grašič quartet with Nuška Drašček
The highlight of Bled days, is the traditional Saturday night, when the lake glows. The organisers launch 15,000 lights in egg-shells (made by Andrej Vidic from Bled, who prepairs them for some months and is supplied with the egg shells by the local Conditus cake shop) in the water.

The culinary at the event will be designed by Bled's local partners under the destination brand Bled Local Selection.
The event is sustainable and supports the Zero Waste movement, as the municipality of Bled has joined the project of a waste-free society.
