Summer edition of the JA card: Bled available again

Summer Digital Experience Card Julian Alps: Bled Available Again from 15 April to 15 October 2025. The summer edition of the Julian Alps: Bled digital experience card is once again available to guests staying for a minimum of three nights at an accommodation provider that is a partner of Bled Tourist Board. Cardholders can enjoy a wide range of complimentary services and special offers in Bled and the surrounding area.

E-card for guests staying at least three nights in the destination

The card is offered by accommodation providers who are partners of Bled Tourist Board. Guests will receive the card via email and can download it to their mobile phone. The card is non-transferable and valid only for the named individual during their stay. It is issued to guests aged 6 and above; younger children may benefit from the card’s services together with their parents. Complimentary services and discounts are subject to the provider’s opening hours and availability.

Mobility

In terms of mobility, cardholders are entitled to free use of the organised Bled Bus service, which runs in July and August across Bled, to Pokljuka, and to nearby villages. The card also includes a return trip on the chairlift to Straža Hill, and offers discounts for transport to Bled Island by pletna boat or scheduled boat service, for a return organised trip to Vintgar Gorge with Mamut Slovenia agency (adult fare), and for taxi services provided by Bled Shuttle.

Guests also receive discounts on the rental of electric and classic bicycles from TIC Bled, the Tourist Information Point of the Tourist Association Gorje, and the Bled Shuttle office.

The card provides special offers for visiting many attractions, including Bled Castle and Bled Island, as well as entry to various museums and natural sites within the Julian Alps Community.

Activities

A guided tour of Bled, which takes place every Friday at 10:00 am starting from TIC Bled, is free of charge for cardholders. Discounts are also available for entry to Grajsko kopališče Public Bath, the guided adventure “Enchanted Forest”, the “Magical Beasts” experience, and there is a special price for Mini Golf Bled.

Cardholders can enjoy discounts on food and drink in numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars around Bled, including Gill Restaurant, Park Café, Grajska Plaža, Hotel Starkl, Stari Farovž Café, Zima Patisserie, and Restaurant 1906 at Hotel Triglav. Those ordering a Bled Breakfast picnic basket will receive a sweet surprise. The digital summer card also includes a special offer for the famous Bled cream cake – buy three, get one free on takeaway orders.
